We act on behalf of clients to establish and maintain structured monitoring and assurance arrangements that provide objective visibility of delivery performance, risk exposure, and outcome achievement against approved objectives, budgets, schedules, and contractual commitments. Our role is independent of delivery, ensuring that performance information is reliable, defensible, and suitable for executive, audit, and external oversight.

We design monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with governance requirements, statutory obligations, and financing conditions. These frameworks define clear performance measures, reporting protocols, and review mechanisms, enabling timely identification of emerging issues and supporting early, evidence-based intervention where corrective action is required.

Our evaluation services provide independent assessment at key decision points, including stage gates, funding reviews, and post-completion assessments. We examine delivery effectiveness, value for money, and outcome realisation, providing objective insight to support continuation, adjustment, or close-out decisions.

Where programmes or projects are supported by international financial institutions or commercial lenders, we serve as an independent monitoring and assurance advisor. In this role, we support compliance with financing conditions, drawdown requirements, and reporting obligations, and provide transparent performance information to inform lender oversight, risk management, and funding decisions.
